Ph.D. Candidate, Special Education
I’m a first year PhD student in the special education program. I earned a Master’s in special education from the University of Oregon in 2010. Since then I’ve worked with children birth-21 in various settings including Klamath Tribes Early Childhood Development Center, Chiloquin Schools, and Muckleshoot Tribal School. My research interests include the effects of trauma on special education eligibility, the effects of trauma on educational outcomes for Native American students, and community based education.
