Tel Woolsey is a Web Developer and Systems Administrator for the Center on Human Development and Project DESTNY. Tel, along with his service dog Keylee, have been working at the CHD since he graduated from the University of Oregon in 2013. Tel is deeply interested in disability rights advocacy and using technology to help give people with disabilities greater agency in society.
