This organization is committed to providing quality, affordable rental apartments with resident services support for people with developmental disabilities. The also oversee the Homespace Program for individuals and families with IDD who have been homeless.
SAIL Housing advocates and promotes a model of sustainable housing for developmentally disabled adults know as "independent supported housing." This type of housing physically consists of smaller apartment complexes with 10-15 studio and one-bedroom units and a community room where residents can gather for social and learning activities.
Reality Kitchen offers a job skills training program in their wholesale bakery and retail cafe designed with supports to help young adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities be successful and gain self-confidence and personal independence.
The Arc offers financial planning & budgeting, in-home respite, community inclusion, discovery services for vocational development, employment path services, and job development and coaching.
Alternative Services offers supported employment services, community living support, residential opportunities, and individual and family counseling.
