Alexis is the Community Advocacy Council (CAC) Liaison to the UCEDD. She has been working in the field of Developmental Disabilities since 2003. Outside the UCEDD, she is an independent Positive Behavior Consultant for adults. Alexis facilitates the Boundaries Group, a skills and support group and teaches Safe, Strong and Free, a sexual assault prevention course. She also provides consulting for non-profit service agencies.
Alexis draws on her years of experience as well as her background in facilitation, mediation, and life coaching to empower people to reach for their own solutions through innate creativity and motivation to live a good life.
