Rachel Renick works at David Douglas School District in Portland, Oregon as the Vocation Transition Coordinator. This position develops, manages, and supports pre-vocational programming and work-based learning for students with disabilities.
Edane Chism is the Bethel Community Transition Network (BCTN) Teacher and Program Coordinator, a position she has held for 13 years. She supports students ages 18–21 who are earning certificates of achievement or modified diplomas, with an emphasis on functional academics, soft skills, social skills, and community integration.
